All credentials, licenses, insurance claims, certifications, BBB listings, portfolio photos, and other information displayed on Pro profiles are submitted solely by the Service Provider and have not been independently verified by Tiny Maps. Tiny Maps makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any such information. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying credentials before entering into any agreement or allowing access to their property.
Any agreement, contract, or arrangement made between a Homeowner and a Service Provider is solely between those parties. Tiny Maps is not a party to any such agreement and bears no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services arranged through this platform. Tiny Maps is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, theft, fraud, or disputes arising from services arranged through this platform.
Disputes between Homeowners and Service Providers are the sole responsibility of those parties. Tiny Maps has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any dispute. Any legal action arising from a transaction must be directed at the relevant party, not Tiny Maps. By using this platform, you agree to hold Tiny Maps, its owners, operators, and agents harmless from any claims arising from interactions between users.
You agree not to use Tiny Maps for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or credentials. You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. You agree not to solicit users off-platform to avoid platform fees once a connection has been made through Tiny Maps.
Tiny Maps reserves the right to remove any listing, profile, review, or user account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tiny Maps. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are 18 or older.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Maps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of this platform.
